The Deluxe Studio cottages afford couples value as well as comfort in a spacious single room studio.  Each has either a king (#1) or a queen bed (#12 & #14), comfortable sitting area, dining area with table and chairs, and a private bath with shower. The kitchenette in #1 & #14 contains a 4 burner ceramic-glass cook top, sink, microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer. The kitchenette in #12 has a two burner ceramic-glass cook top, sink, microwave, a mini-fridge and a mini-freezer. A table & chair set is located on the private cottage decks for outside dining.  And, of course, every cottage offers numerous amenities.

Rates:           

Number of Guests: 2 adults (#1 & #12) or 2 adults & 1 child (#14). (In no case will more than 2 people over the age of 18 be permitted in any cottage.) Rates are based on double occupancy.  A $15/night fee will be assessed for each additional guest.
